The Dermamelan® Home Pack is the official home care kit within the Dermamelan protocol. This pack supports the reduction of melasma, hyperpigmentation, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), and sun damage, and helps prevent new discoloration. Who it is for (and when not)

Suitable for: melasma, PIH, hormonal pigmentation, sun spots, age spots, uneven skin tone. Ideal for maintaining results after a professional Dermamelan treatment.

Not recommended for: pregnancy/breastfeeding, highly sensitive skin, active dermatitis, rosacea, open wounds, recent aggressive peels, or medicinal retinoids (unless advised by a specialist).

SPF 50+ is mandatory during the day.

How to use Dermamelan® Home Pack

Use according to the personal treatment protocol. Usually daily:

Morning:
1. Melan Recovery
2. Melan 130+ Pigment Control SPF 50+

Evening:
1. Dermamelan Treatment (1–2× per day depending on the schedule)
2. Melan Recovery if needed for comfort

Important: build up slowly in case of irritation. Sun protection is essential.

Detailed instructions for use
The products should be used daily for best results.

In the morning, start by cleansing your skin with a gentle cleanser, followed by applying all three products in order.

Reapply Melan Recovery and Mesoprotech in the afternoon. Cleanse your skin again in the evening with a mild cleanser and then use only Dermamelan Treatment and Melan Recovery. By using the products consistently every day, you will achieve optimal results.
