Which payment methods do you offer?

Clinique Elixir considers it important that you can always pay securely. We therefore offer various payment options, so you can choose how you want to pay. We only work with reliable organizations such as iDeal, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All these payment options use a secure system, so you can pay without any worries.

Why is a payment method not available?

Clinique Elixir has a wide range of different payment methods, but it is possible that your desired payment method is not (yet) included. You can only use the payment method offered on our website. We are always open to suggestions: is your payment method not listed? Then pass this on to us. This way we can possibly expand our payment options in the future.

How do I pay with IDEAL?

With iDEAL you will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank during the payment process. You can pay with iDEAL if you use internet banking at one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and Triodos Bank. When paying with iDEAL, your payment is immediately debited from your account.

To pay with iDEAL, go through the following steps:

1. Select the desired bank

2. Click on 'Place order'

3. You will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank

4. Complete your payment here

5. Don't forget to return to the webshop after your payment. Here your order will be completed and you will see a confirmation of your payment

6. After the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail

7. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace

How do I pay with a credit card?

At Clinique Elixir you can pay easily and securely with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

To pay by credit card, follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Place order'

2. Select your card type and enter your card details

3. In some cases you will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank where you pay with your card reader

4. Complete your credit card payment

5. After completing the payment you will be redirected back to the webshop where you will see a confirmation of the payment

6. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace and the amount will be credited to your credit card

Clinique Elixir takes safety very seriously. Your credit card details are therefore encrypted using the SSL method. Due to this high security standard, paying with a credit card at Clinique Elixir is very safe.

How do I pay with PayPal?

Pay with PayPal

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the checkout. If you are new to PayPal, you can sign up here as a guest or open a PayPal account. Do you already have a PayPal account? Then you can log in here and confirm the payment.

When you confirm your order, an authorization will be made of your PayPal account. Your order will then be processed immediately. As soon as you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

Please note that you agree to the terms and conditions of PayPal and the associated PayPal processes.

How does the refund work after a return?

When you return items from your order, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can indicate in your PayPal account whether you want the refund to be transferred to your bank account.

If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund the amount to your bank account. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.

What if my order has been cancelled?

In the event of a cancellation, deposit the purchase amount back to your PayPal account.

What is postpay with Klarna?

With Klarna you pay within 14 days, without extra costs. You do not have to create an account for this and no credit is required. You will receive your order before you have paid. You will receive payment instructions from Klarna by email. You choose Klarna by selecting this payment method at checkout.

Frequently asked questions about ordering

How can I order?

As soon as you see an item that you would like to order, you can place it in your shopping cart. You do this by clicking on “order now!”. Your item is now in your shopping cart. You then have the option to continue shopping and add more items to your shopping cart, or to order directly.

How does the shopping cart work?

At the top right you can click on the basket, this is your shopping cart. Here you will see an overview of all items that you have placed in the shopping cart. The total amount, expected delivery time and the number of products can be found here.

If everything is correct, you can proceed to the payment process by clicking on "proceed to checkout". You can also remove or add articles if necessary.

Please note: items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you.

What is my wishlist?

Have you seen an article that you like, but are you not sure yet or do you want to order it at a later time? By clicking on the heart you can add it to your wish list. That way you can easily find and order the item again later. You can find your wish list in your personal account.

How do I use a voucher/discount code?

Do you have a voucher or discount code that you want to hand in to us? You can enter the discount code or the code on this voucher in the shopping cart before you pay. Copy the code as supplied and click on "apply voucher". The discount or voucher will now be processed and the total amount will be adjusted.

What happens after ordering?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, in which you will find your order number and the details of your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a new email with the details of your shipment.

You can find the status of your order in your account. You can also view your order history, invoices, wish list and account information here.

How can I add samples?

You can easily add samples to your order. You can do this in the shopping cart. Here you can see exactly how many samples you are entitled to and which samples are available.

I received a different/no sample

It is possible that the sample you ordered is currently out of stock. In that case, we will send another sample with your order, if possible. We try to add a sample that matches the ordered product or brand as closely as possible.

It may happen that there are no samples available, these will be sent if the stock is sufficient. For samples applies: gone=gone.
