Why Cosmelan® 2 30g?
Cosmelan® 2 is the at-home maintenance cream from Mesoestetic’s professional depigmentation program. The formula, containing powerful pigment-inhibiting active ingredients, helps reduce melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), age spots, and uneven skin tone. Cosmelan 2 supports and maintains results following the professional Cosmelan 1 treatment, but can also be used independently as an intensive at-home pigment care treatment.

Who it is for (and when not)
Suitable for: melasma, age spots, sun damage, PIH (discoloration after inflammation), uneven skin tone, pigment problems caused by hormones or UV.
Not recommended for: very sensitive skin, active dermatitis, pregnancy/breastfeeding, open wounds, strong retinoid treatments, or recent peels (unless advised by a specialist). Always combine with SPF 50+ during the day.

2. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the face and/or neck, avoiding contact with the eyes and lips.
3. Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is completely absorbed.
4. Use the cream twice a day, morning and evening.
5. Protect the skin during the day with a sunscreen with a high SPF to protect the skin against further pigmentation.
Continue to use the cream daily for at least three months for optimal results.
