Start by wetting your face with lukewarm water. This helps the gel spread better and activates the cleansing formula.
2. Apply the gel
Apply a small amount of Circadia Cleansing Gel to your fingers (about a pea size).
3. Massage into your skin
Gently massage the gel into your face in circular motions. Start at your forehead and work down to your cheeks, nose, and chin. Avoid the eye area, as the skin there is more sensitive.
4. Let it work for a few seconds
Leave the gel on your skin for a short time (about 10-20 seconds) to enhance its effects, especially due to the mandelic acid, which helps exfoliate and improve skin texture.
5. Rinse well
Rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water, making sure not to leave any gel residue.
6. Dry your face
Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel. Don't rub, as this can irritate the skin.
7. Follow with your skincare routine
After cleansing, you can apply your usual skincare products, such as a toner, serum or moisturizer.
