Detailed instructions for use
1. Start with cleansed skin
Cleanse your face thoroughly with a mild cleanser suitable for your skin type. This will remove all impurities, oil, and dirt from your skin, allowing products to be absorbed effectively.

2. Apply SkinCeuticals SILYMARIN CF (serum)
Step 3: Apply 4-5 drops of SkinCeuticals SILYMARIN CF serum to your fingertips.
Spread the serum evenly over your face, neck, and décolleté. Apply the product to a clean, dry face and massage gently in with upward motions.

3. Leave the serum on for 1-2 minutes so that it can be properly absorbed into the skin.

4. Apply SkinCeuticals OIL SHIELD UV DEFENSE SUNSCREEN SPF 50 (sunscreen)
Step 6: Apply a generous amount of SkinCeuticals OIL SHIELD UV DEFENSE SUNSCREEN SPF 50 to your face, neck, and décolleté. It's recommended to use at least half a teaspoon of sunscreen on your face.

5: Spread the sunscreen evenly over your skin. Massage gently into your skin until it is fully absorbed. Be sure to cover all exposed areas, including your ears and décolleté.
Wait 5-10 minutes before applying makeup to allow the products to be fully absorbed into the skin.

6. Repeat sun protection if necessary
Reapply SkinCeuticals OIL SHIELD UV DEFENSE SUNSCREEN SPF 50 every 2 hours, especially after spending extended periods outdoors, sweating, or drying your face.
