1: Preparation
Shake the ampoule well before use to mix the active ingredients thoroughly.
Make sure you have a glass of water (about 200 ml) or other liquid of your choice ready.
2: Opening the ampoule
Take one ampoule (10 ml) and hold it firmly.
Carefully break off the top of the ampoule along the indicated score line.
3: Mix and consume
Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass of water.
Stir well until the liquid is completely mixed.
Drink the mixture immediately, preferably during or after a meal for better absorption.
4: Frequency & Duration
Take one ampoule per day, unless otherwise advised by a specialist.
A course of treatment usually lasts 14 days (1 pack), but can be repeated if necessary.
5: Additional tips
Combine the supplement with a healthy, balanced diet and sufficient exercise for better results.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support metabolism and fat burning.
