How to use AGELESS+ Retinol - Pure Liquid Retinol 0.3%

Use only in the evening. Apply a small amount to cleansed, dry skin. Start 2–3 times per week and build up gradually. Always use a broad-spectrum SPF during the day.

Is 0.3% suitable if I am just starting with retinol?
For complete beginners, 0.1% is usually a gentler start. 0.3% is a good step for those who have been using retinol for a while, or for skin that tolerates it well.
How often do I use it?
Only in the evening. Start two to three times a week and build up to daily use if your skin tolerates it well. Apply a nourishing cream afterwards.
Is it normal for my skin to start peeling?
In the first few weeks, the skin may become slightly dry, red, or flaky. This is part of the adjustment period. Use it less frequently during this time and moisturize well. If it continues to sting, stop and contact us.
Does it contain fragrance?
It does not contain fragrance, but it does contain vanilla extract.
Is sun protection necessary?
Yes. Retinol makes the skin more sensitive to sunlight. Always use sunscreen during the day.
Can I use retinol if I am pregnant?
No, retinol is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor, midwife, or our skin therapist about an alternative.
