1. Cleanse your skin thoroughly: Use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and excess oil. Clean skin allows for better absorption of the sunscreen.

2. Prep your skin: Apply your favorite toner, serum, and moisturizer before applying sunscreen. This will help keep your skin hydrated.

3. Apply the sunscreen evenly:
Squeeze a generous amount from the tube (about a coin-sized amount for your face). Smooth it gently over your face, neck, ears, and other exposed areas.

4. Massage gently: Rub the cream in until it
is completely absorbed. The formula does not leave a white cast
behind and feels light.

Repeat for long-term protection:
Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 2 hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.
